When you order this seat, you'll receive a kit containing:

• Color chips of all 94 color choices with corresponding porcelain manufacturer's color names
• Order form and instructions
• Pre-paid, pre-addressed envelope

Once you receive the kit in the mail:

• Match your color and measure your size at home.
• You'll specify a round or elongated solid plastic toilet seat .
• Round Toilet seat is Model 200, approximately 16 1/2" long
• Elongated Seat is Model 1200, approximately 18 1/2" long
• Use postage paid envelope to tell us your choices.
• You'll receive your custom solid plastic seat within 10 days.
